Non-compliance with the Annex

Some content may not comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 in the following respects:

Perception (some time-based media are not accessible, some non-text content lacks text alternatives, and some accessibility features supporting the perception of content are missing),
Functionality and operability (not all pages are fully keyboard accessible, and some input modalities are not fully accessible),
Predictability (navigation and identification are not fully consistent. Some PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents are not interpreted correctly by screen readers).

Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation

Online maps and mapping services are exempt from the accessibility requirements.
Videos and other time-based media published before the Act entered into force are exempt. Making them fully accessible would impose a disproportionate burden on the public sector body.

Keyboard shortcuts

Standard browser keyboard shortcuts can be used on this website. The portal’s pages use a semantic heading structure that enables quick navigation. Filters, calendars, forms, and other functionalities have been developed in accordance with WCAG 2.1 and can be accessed/operated using the keyboard alone. Users who do not use a mouse can navigate freely throughout the portal. A skip link at the beginning of each page allows users to bypass the main menu, and shortcut links are provided leading to:
