There are two permanent exhibitions here. The first, Scouting Paths, at the Museum and Centre of the Scouting Movement, tells the story of scouting from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. It presents its history, traditions, and ideas, including the role of scouting during the Second World War, the communist period, and in contemporary education.

The other exhibition, Fort Jugowice. Heritage of the Place, is located in the Austrian Fort 52a “Jugowice”. It is dedicated to the history of southern Kraków and the Kraków Fortress, its architecture, and the life of soldiers stationed there. The visitor route leads through the historic interiors of the fort. It presents the history of the fortifications, their role in the First World War, and the civilian heritage of the area, including the traditions of sulphur mining and the health resort in Swoszowice.

Information for people with disabilities

Parking & Parking spaces 
There is a car park on the fort grounds.  

Barrier-free route 
Architectural barriers: none in the new part of the building. Lifts are available.
Historic part of the fort: some thresholds exceed 2 cm. There are also stairs in several places that are not accessible to wheelchair users. Alternative access to the exhibition content is provided in these areas.

Toilets for people with disabilities are located behind the security desk on level 0, and on level -1.

Service for deaf visitors (PJM/SJM interpretation)
The Museum of Kraków offers guided tours with a Polish Sign Language (PJM/SJM) interpreter at all its branches. Please book this service in advance.

Assistance dogs 
In all its branches, the Museum of Kraków welcomes people with disabilities accompanied by assistance dogs.
