Please remember that your package activates automatically at the date and time you selected during purchase and is ready to use, giving you complete freedom to explore.
With your package activated, it’s time to start visiting. Present your card for free entry or to receive discounts. The card also gives you unlimited travel on public transport throughout Kraków. Please remember: each attraction can only be visited/used once.

A single fee buys you a comprehensive tourism package:
1. Entry to Attractions: free entry to dozens of Kraków’s leading museums and attractions.
2. Unlimited municipal transport: unlimited travel on buses and trams in Zones I, II, and III (including routes to Wieliczka Salt Mine and to Kraków Airport in Balice).
3. Discounts and promotions: attractive discounts at partner restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment venues.

Visiting museums (free entry):
Depending on the rules of the specific venue, follow one of the options below (check the attraction description in advance):
Just enter: go directly to the entrance of the attraction and scan the code on your card (physical card or app).
Collect Ticket: present your card at the ticket desk to receive a free entry ticket.
App code: generate an additional free entry code for the attraction directly in the app.
Advance Reservation Required: at selected venues with limited capacity, you must reserve or collect a special free entry ticket in advance.
Please note: Each attraction can only be used once during your package’s validity.
Using discounts:
To use a discount or promotional offer, present your card to the Partner at the beginning of your visit. The Partner will scan your code.
Using public transport:
If your ticket is checked on a tram or bus, simply present your valid card (physical or in the app). Please remember that the card is not valid for railway.
Additional bonus: Each cardholder receives a free city map at the official Tourist Information points.
