You can purchase a package online (via the website or the app) or in person. Please note that the plastic card is subject to an additional fee and is available only at in-person sales points.

The app is free of charge — you only pay for the selected package. You can download and install the app at any time. The plastic card costs PLN 5 and is only available at in-person sales points.  Both options allow you to purchase the same packages.

It’s simple! The app contains your virtual card with a barcode and QR code. Present the codes at participating attractions to receive free entry or a discount under your purchased package.

The My Kraków Tourist Card app is free of charge. You pay only for the selected package. The app can be downloaded for free from Google Play and the App Store.
