First, make sure that your chosen entry does not require additional action on your part (e.g. prior reservation or collection of a free ticket). If the venue is listed and no additional requirements apply, please contact us. You may do so at a sales point (active link to the tab) or by emailing us at: mykrakowcard@krakotourism.pl
Should the card fail to function correctly, report the issue at a sales point.
You can block your card yourself in the app or by logging into your account on the website. A virtual replacement card with a new number will then be issued in the app.
If you do not have internet access or cannot use the app, please visit a sales point with proof of purchase. A 25 PLN handling fee is charged for issuing a replacement plastic card.
